Q: Do you ship C.O.D.?

A: No, payment must be made at the time the order is placed. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover.


Q: What happens if the candy I order is not in stock?

A: In the unlikely event that the item you order is unavailable, we will contact you immediately by phone or email to let you know.


Q: Do you offer Express Shipping?

A: Yes, UPS Express shipping is available when placing your order on our website.

Q: Is the website the only place I can place an order?

A: No, you can contact our office at 800.392.7297 and we will happy to accept your order over the phone.


Q: What is your return policy?

A:Because candy and chocolate are a perishable items we DO NOT accept returns of them. If you receive the incorrect product or the item is damaged contact us immediately. You must contact us within 72hrs of receipt. All complaints received after 72hrs will not be eligible for exchange or refund. We will either replace the item at no extra charge or issue a refund if the item it out of stock. We cannot accept returns due to customer error or dislike of the product received.


Q: I live nearby – can I pick up my order and save the shipping charges?

A: Yes, by all means. On the shipping page there is a “will pick up” option to chose from if you wish.


Q: When can I expect to receive my order?

A: We use UPS ground shipping. Shipping normally takes 3-4 business days to most locations.
